In addition to the classic field of application in unpressurised building drainage systems, it is also straightforward and safe to use POLO-KAL XS and POLO-KAL NG as pressure pipes for lifting plants.
The advantages are numerous:

- The extraction retainer can be disconnected and re-used whenever required

Pipe system for
greasy waste water
POLO-KAL NG is suitable for draining away greasy waste water from canteen kitchens to grease traps. For this type of use, the factory-fitted lip ring seals need to be replaced by oil- and grease-resistant NBR lip ring seals.
Downstream of the grease trap, all POLO-KAL® pipe systems can be used.

Vacuum
The range of applications for POLO-KAL NG has been expanded to include vacuum drainage using pipe dimensions DN 32 to 160. This is required in numerous commercial and industrial processes.
The pipes are manufactured following a reinforced wall-design to reliably withstand continuous negative pressure. Moreover, due to the precise geometry of the push-fit socket, the system remains leakproof even at low pressure, and the high rigidity of the moulded parts from the standard POLO-KAL NG product range ensures that they are perfectly suited for this application.
