The unobtrusive design easily fits in with the ambience of any room and can be mounted on the wall or on the ceiling. A detachable cover allows air flow adjustment without disassembly of the base body. The fastening ring generously covers openings in the ceiling which are less accurate, and thus saves time-consuming levelling work.

Use your mobile terminals to operate and control your ventilation unit - wherever and whenever you want. This smart system automatically sets the optimum operation mode, with the ECO mode ensuring the lowest possible energy consumption, and an integrated energy counter allowing operational costs to be monitored.

Fire protective measures must be provided for air piping laid in residential and office buildings assigned to building class 2 and above. The POLO-KAL® pipe system can be used for all piping included in fresh air supply and exhaust air systems deployed for controlled housing ventilation. Suitable and tested solutions can be provided for nearly any assembly situation, where ceilings or shaft walls have to be sealed. These solutions are long-lasting and safe; time consuming assembly work, corrosion problems and leaks in air pipes are now a thing of the past.

The single-room air handler POLO-AIR ONE+ works according to the push-pull principle: it takes energy from the hot exhaust air and uses it to heat the cold ambient air before supplying it into the living spaces. A control system allows up to six single-room ventilators to be connected. The built-in pipe is laid at a gradient to ensure proper condensate discharging, which is why the system meets the highest demands in terms of hygiene.

Purpose: to pull down the existing building, only leaving parts of the cellar; to re-build the home with a modified layout, using modern and energy-saving construction techniques. Material / scope of the project: The POLO-KWL system was used for the entire ventilation installation, and the POLO-KAL distribution system was laid in the floor structure and in the walls. The POLO-AIR housing ventilation unit selected is operated without a condensate discharge pipe, which facilitated the system installation in the confined space conditions. All air vents were adapted to match the interior design. Completion: August 2017
