further vocational training
Well trained employees are the foundation of POLOPLAST'S success. Apart from the "Young SPIRIT" programme and apprentice seminars, we also offer numerous individual activities, such as specialized training, management training, team building activities, language classes or IT training courses.
In addition to the existing programmes, POLOPLAST has started the F³ – FIT FOR FUTURE training programme. A modular customized programme, which consists of three levels and addresses different target groups to transfer relevant contents to them. Experienced external trainers who have been exclusively selected accompany the programme. Besides the professional and individual extended training, the programme also aims to involve concrete company projects and to further interdepartmental cooperation.
