POLO-RDS Evolution

The innovative pipe and cable penetration system features many smart solutions and allows cables and pipes from 8 to 250 mm to be fed through walls simply and safely. This intelligent and ingenious system boasts optimised ease of laying and reliability. The finned pipe made from PP and the sealing elements with flexible components allow the media pipes to be integrated without difficulty, but also enables their retrofitting.

Integral tear-off elements enable the POLO-RDS Evolution system to be cut to length and adapted to the required wall thickness very easily and without any cutting or parting-off tool.

Because the wall flange has been designed as a sealing surface, the finned pipe is already impermeable at the concreting stage, which is why cement laitance cannot get inside the pipe.

Made from a polypropylene mixture that has been developed especially for this purpose, the finned pipe of the POLO-RDS Evolution feedthrough system is well suited for the pressure-sealed feeding of cables and pipes with diameters from 8 to 300 mm through walls. Lip seals on both ends of the finned pipe, in conjunction with the patented spring elements, help to achieve this unique sealing property.
Sealing
element
The sealing elements features smart details, such as its onion structure. Depending on the diameter of the line that needs to be fed through, the elements can be easily and flexibly adapted to the media pipe. All sealing elements for finned pipes in dimensions 100, 150 and 200 fold up - which is why other lines can be easily integrated into the system later on. POLOPLAST offers optimal compatibility with other standard sealing elements and thus guarantees a maximum of flexibility and safety.
